DLL file is missing error even after updating the license

Step 1 :Ask the customer for their Sub ID 


Step 2: Create a new ticket with the following details:

  • Issue Type: DLL Error

  • Sub ID: [Insert collected Sub ID]

  • Attach any relevant screenshots or error logs if provided.


Step 3 :Notify the ComHard group about the new ticket.
