Resolving Time Mismatch Issues with Time Zone Redirection

Users may face incorrect time display or time zone mismatches during remote sessions on the cloud like the below image


Step 1 :Create a Ticket from the Partner Portal

           

  • Issue Title: Time Zone Redirection Not Working

  • Description: Mention the user is experiencing incorrect time zone settings during remote/cloud sessions


Step 2 : Once the ticket is created, share the ticket ID and details with the ComHard group.
